Those are gorgeous!! I love the collages they made! I just can't believe how much the babies have changed over the past year, especially Conner. I don't know why, but he looks like such a different kid than when he first came home!! I'm sure Cameron has changed leaps and bounds too, but physically, Conner just started out so much smaller and weaker and now it's just so obvious how much he's thriving with his family's love!
