Meeting Mike's family

Today was a big day - after their doctor visit, the boys got to meet some of Mike's family for the first time. Uncle Ken, Aunt Deb and cousin Casey from Canada and cousin Sara from North Carolina were all down on vacation. When we got there Uncle Ken was waiting on the beach for us - the girls were all out on a boat ride.

See the band-aids - they both had two shots from the doctor prior to this visit and they were still in such great moods... until later in the evening. Then, well, you know how shots go.


Despite having all the new people to meet and cool stuff to look at Connor, as usual, was fascinated with the sand.






In typical Florida fashion, the afternoon thunderstorms started rolling in...




So we just moved the party inside! Cameron was his normal social self wanting EVERYONE to pick him up. Here he's in Aunt Deb's lap. Connor did finally leave mine and was unusually happy and playful in this room of new people. As Aunt Deb said - he must have known he was with family.


It was close but I think Uncle Ken just barely edged out the others as Cameron's favorite.
